Step 1. Personal lifestyle analysis
The personal lifestyle analysis is always the first step. In this conversation we analyze how things are going with the five core elements of your desired lifestyle.
We look at your exercise, nutrition, relaxation (during the day and sleep), sports and motivation. You will immediately receive a concrete plan and advice based on your wishes and rhythm of life. It is an introduction for both of us. When we both have confidence in our cooperation, we start the process.
Step 2. The program
You can choose to work with me live for 6 months or working together online and through (video) calls.
In both programmes coaching and physical movement will get de same amount of attention, because teamwork between mind, body and soul is the goal.
