Work

For years, I managed to combine my two passions: education and personal coaching. As business manager and teacher at the College of Arts Amsterdam I was able to contribute my knowledge and in return I obviously learned a lot myself.

I now use all these experiences as a lifestyle trainer, and I work with 1:1 sessions from my own studio (and preferably outside) in the suburbs of Amsterdam.

Besides this, I use my specialism in coaching as a teacher and team member at the Functional Training Academy.

Background

Growing up in the South-East of Amsterdam, I learned to handle myself from an early age. I have always been energetic, and I love to move, work out and to work together with inspirational people.

I enjoy my two teenage daughters, husband, job and social life to the absolute fullest. It’s precisely this fun and busy life that motivates me to care for myself. And this is way easier than most people think!

The combination of the business management and having been active in society has formed me as a person and as a coach. I can put myself in someone else’s shoes if they have an ambitious and busy life, while also noticing their actual struggles and opportunities right away. You can expect from me that my professional guidance is always customized to your needs. With attention, respect and confrontation when necessary.

After our sessions, you will be able to feel confident in maintaining your fit lifestyle and to be independent of trainers, gyms or diets.
